CeramicsThe
colourful handmade ceramics of Safi and in particular Fez, provide
some of the finest pottery produced in the Islamic world.
 Safi
pottery is simpler with strong solid colours and may be engraved;
whereas Fez pottery is polychrome on a blue and white base. Both Safi
and Fez pottery may be decorated with
white metal filigree, camel bone and
painted leather.

traditional rustic storage
jars and pottery from
the Sahara.
